Emma Lee Rose Hogg

Bio

Emma Lee Rose Hogg is a prolific young singer-songwriter just completing her seventh solo CD in seven years.  Based in Guelph, Ontario, Emma is starting to make a name for herself within the music community.

Emma’s unique guitar stylings compliment a voice reflecting her thought provoking lyrics. She has traveled around the world gaining insights into her songs of love, despair, and hope for a better world.  Her songs ring with a fresh outlook and a maturity beyond her years.

Her first five albums were recorded at Grant Avenue Studio in Hamilton, Ontario, and were produced by Paul Riemens.  These CD's include "Blush Hot Taxi" (2004), "Plum Juice (2003), "Wet Soap" (2002), "Blue Marble" (2001), and "The Naked Cafe" (2000).

"Undressed" (2006), was recorded at Crosscurrent Productions in Waterford, Ontario.  "Undressed" was released in February.

Emma's most recent recording, "Dance It Away" (2007) was released in September 2007 and was recorded at Crosscurrent Productions.

Emma's music is also featured on other CD's, most notably the Stinkin' Records compilation albums, "Hobo Stew" (2001) and "Hobo too" (2004).
